Junior Netball Clinics (Under 14’s)

Junior netball clinics run for ages 10 – 13 years. These sessions increase the skill demand and execution, in line with the changes in rules and game practices. Building on what they already know – junior clinics are designed specifically to “detect and correct”, encouraging children out of bad habits, expanding their knowledge of the game, growing in confidence with every pass. While having a huge amount of fun, children learn new skills and techniques to make them a success, no matter what their position.

Cadet Netball Clinics (14-17)

Quick Feet ClinicExpanding skills for netball players after years of the game can be difficult. They’ve seen the same drills, know their position well and feel competent in their weekly match. So what next?Cadet sessions offer a step up for all players. It’s progressive and forward-thinking netball. Game strategy, precision and physical conditioning for all abilities. Professional coaching is not only for Representative players. Cadets still require interesting and varied training- perhaps even more so that the very young ones!

Senior Netball Clinics (17+)

Senior netball takes our game to a whole new level. Sometimes it needs a bit of a touch up, sometimes it needs an overhaul! Perhaps you cannot define exactly where your team is having difficulty. Quick Feet engages a range of techniques to break it down. Senior players are clever, veterans of sport. Some are fit and feisty 18’s, others are mums who play for fun and a break from the kids. We juggle jobs, injuries, schedules and demanding lives. Take the pressure off and book a weekly or monthly coaching session to top up and fine tune.
