Frequently asked Questions

What do I bring to each session?
You’ll need a hat, sunscreen, towel and big bottle of water!

Wet Weather information – Where do I find it?
Information indicating a change of venue will be sent via text to your nominated mobile number. Also, you can check the Facebook page. Keep in touch with your coach!

What if I can’t make my session?
Contact your coach to reschedule. Please remember to give a minimum of 14 hours notice. Those sessions cancelled within 14 hours will be forfeited and no refunds will be permitted.

Attending a session late:

  • Individual Sessions: Due to the popularity of Quick Feet the session will not be extended to amend for the time lost.
  • Group Sessions: Participants who arrive 5 minutes late or more to a session will be UNABLE TO TRAIN. This is for your safety.  The late participant will still be charged for this session.

If no notification is received, the trainer is entitled to leave after 15 minutes, the session will be forfeited and no refund will be given.

How soon post-baby can I train?
Quick Feet Fitness requires a letter from your GP or Obstetrician to clear you to train. This will be required before the session begins. It must cover any exercises you are not permitted to do at this stage.

Can I bring my children with me?
We love kids, just not at our personal training sessions. For their safety and to ensure you get the most out of your session, children are not permitted at any session.

Who will be in my group?
You can either make a group consisting of your own crew (think school mums, friends, mother’s group and workmates) OR you can join one of our groups- you are guaranteed to meet fantastic people, make new friends and work out surrounded by like-minded souls.

Groups are a maximum of 6 people.

Are there any session rules?
We know you’re busy! So we start on time and finish on time. Please make sure you are there 5 minutes before the session commences so we can pack in the fun! Sessions are tailored to the group (we like to get results) so any injuries must be registered with Quick Feet in advance and we will cater for it.

How do I make my payments?
Quick Feet Fitness work in terms based on the NSW school calendar. You can pay in full upfront or Direct Debit monthly.
