- Quick Feet provides pre-exercise screening forms for your safety. Information contained in these forms must be true and correct. Failure to provide factual information may result in a suspension or cancellation of your training with Quick Feet Fitness. We request that you are honest and upfront about the information required. Your privacy is important to us; all files are kept securely and will not be shared with any other person. Your signature on all forms affirms the accuracy of this information.
- ALL post-natal exercisers MUST obtain a GP or OB/GYN medical clearance before beginning training with Quick Feet. This clearance must be provided to Quick Feet before you commence a program. This applies to all women who have had a baby (10 weeks or less) prior to commencing your program. Please ask your medical practitioner to outline any exercises you are currently unable to complete or anything not recommended for you at this time, including DRAM.
- Congratulations! You’re going to be a mum. Participants must advise Quick Feet if they become pregnant. As there are risks associated with exercise and pregnancy, we will modify your program and substitute activities for your safety, and the safety of bub!
- Quick Feet will always provide safe and relevant sessions for our participants. Any exerciser with an injury, either temporary or permanent, must notify Quick Feet before their session. We will modify or substitute activities for you within your session.
- You’re busy, we’re busy… Late arrivals will only be permitted to join the session if no disruption to other participants occurs. The coach of the session will determine your ability to train that day. Please be considerate of other attendees and arrive at least 5 minutes before the session.
- Attending a class late:-
- Individual Sessions: Due to the popularity of Quick Feet the session will not be extended to amend for the time lost. Participants over 10 minutes late will be noted as a “no show”. Repeat offences will result in cancellation of your training with Quick Feet. If you have not arrived within your allocated time, Quick Feet trainers reserve the right to move on to their next client.
- Group Sessions: Participants who arrive 10 minutes late or more to a session will be UNABLE TO TRAIN. This is for your safety. The late participant will still be charged for this session.
- Quick Feet requires payment before your first session. As we work in 12 week blocks payment must be made in full upfront. If you join Quick Feet during the term, a pro-rata rate will be created for you.
- For safety reasons, we do not carry cash. Payments must be paid directly into the Quick Feet bank account.
Social Media:

- Quick Feet reserves the right to delete any content and comments that are inappropriate or offensive. Please be mindful of others when posting any comments on our site. We are a happy, fun, positive group and we aim to keep it that way.
Cancellation Policy:
Quick Feet requires a minimum of 14 hours notice for session cancellation. Failure to do so will forfeit that session with no refund given. We will aim to find you another suitable session, provided the 14 hours notice has been given. Please email gillian@quickfeet.com.au to re-book.
Hold or terminate training policy:
To terminate your agreement: Quick Feet requires a minimum of 2 weeks notice. Your Quick Feet coach will notify you of your last payment date. Failure to comply with this policy will result in further action.
To put your personal training on hold: Quick Feet requires a minimum of two weeks notice. Quick Feet reserves the right to waive this notice period due to injury or unexpected illness. This will be at the discretion of Gillian Quarmby (the Director), after discussion with you (the Client).
